The Lisette Suspension by Enamoura is patiently wheel-thrown by skilled hands in a pottery workshop rooted in ancestral craftsmanship, located in the region of Aubagne, a historic centre of ceramic production in southern France.
After shaping, Lisette is left to dry “à la sèche” under the sun, then carefully trimmed (tournassée) before being fired in the kiln. This version is made from chamotte stoneware, a clay mixed with coarse grog, giving the surface a distinctive, tactile texture and a raw yet refined presence.
The ivory tone softens the material and allows the lamp to diffuse a warm, gentle light. The form is intentionally minimal and timeless, creating a calm, almost weightless atmosphere.
Lisette works beautifully as a bedside reading light, in a bathroom, or as ambient lighting above a table or niche. It can also be combined with Ursule and other Lisette pendants in different clay finishes to form a poetic and distinctive light cluster.
Its understated elegance and material richness allow Lisette to integrate seamlessly into wabi-sabi, raw or contemporary interiors, bringing texture, warmth and Mediterranean sensibility.
This version is finished with a porcelain ceiling rose.
