The story
These charming shoppers are hand woven in Morocco. They are made from palm leaves , which grow abundantly in the region of the Atlas Mountains. It is a time-consuming and labor-intensive process. Palm leaves are harvested, dried, split in two and after woven into strips which will later be sewn together to build up the basket.
The baskets are renowned for their strength and durability. The leather handles provide optimum comfort. Do not worry about the weight you put in your basket - it can carry more than you can.
