The Pasta Plate Green Verde Lanza by Serax is part of the distinctive collection created by Pascale Naessens. For her book Eén Pan, she not only picked up the pen again, but also returned to her ceramics studio, where she personally designed the refined Verde Lanza collection.
Inspired by Lanzarote
The name Verde Lanza refers to the island of Lanzarote, where Pascale Naessens often stays. She drew inspiration from the faded green wooden windows and doors, as well as the sparse plants that stand out against the island’s dark volcanic landscape.
Natural texture and unique finish
The soft, sun-faded green tone pairs beautifully with all kinds of dishes and table settings. The shell-like texture, applied by Naessens with her fingers, gives the plate a tactile and artisanal character.
This collection is finished with a reactive glaze, giving each piece its own distinct look. Slight colour variations between pieces are part of the design and highlight its authentic charm.
