Kilim rug Morocco #14

Morocco is known for its beautiful hand- woven carpets, like Berber carpets. A kilim has a different look than a Berber carpet . It is a flat hand-woven carpet. Typically, in a Kelim is that both sides are usually the same. They are used as floor or wall hanging , or even as carpets to pray on. A kilim is made of different colors sheep , sometimes goats' wool or camel hair. Every time we travel to Morocco we handpick several beautiful pieces.
