The bride cup from Punjab (North India / Pakistan) were used at wedding celebrations. Guests filled them with coins as a gift for the couple. After the festivity the couple brought them home and on special occasions they used them for serving lassi, a refreshing drink of buttermilk, fruit and herbs.
The cups are made of tin-plated brass and are hand-engraved in Moghul-style.
Each lassi cup is unique, no two are the same and are embraced with history.
