The story
These Hwange wall baskets are hand-woven from ilala palm and hand-dyed with natural dyes. A white outer border, brown and natural tones and intricate geometric designs characterise these baskets. The weaving and finishing are of a higher quality than that of the classic Binga basket, making them take longer to make.
Hung alone on the wall, or better, in a group, they make a striking wall decoration.
