The story

Paris au mois d’août” (French for Paris during the month of August) creates lamps which have a body and a soul. Lamps that are sensual, touching and almost moving in their design… Transparency, softness, sensitivity of the materials used and strength of patterns leaves a permanent print of identity over the collections. In the center of this endeavor, the Japanese ball is a hundred times reinterpreted. Paris au mois d’août stretches it, places it carefully and restores the respect it deserves. Cottons hand-woven in the traditional skills is used in the respect of this tradition. The cotton weaving is entirely handmade, exclusively by men in Bangladesh. Then, the cotton is printed in manual silkscreen or by block print, depending on the patterns of the collection.

The suspension is delivered flat. The lamp is not electrified.
